Community Input Needed for New Construction Workforce Support Programs

Amazing Traditions will be conducting public meetings throughout greater Kansas City to gather important community input on construction workforce support programs offered by the Edgemoor Team as part of their Terminal Workforce Enhancement Programs (TWEP). The TWEP is comprised of programs and services designed to help build and support a sustainable workforce over the next several years to help deliver the Kansas City International Airport (KCI) New Terminal.

Edgemoor is committed to providing services such as a workforce training program, free/ subsidized transportation to and from the New Terminal jobsite, and access to licensed child care with extended hours, to help eliminate the barriers to a career in construction and put Kansas Citians to work. Input captured during the upcoming public meetings will help determine the demand for these programs and services.

Public input is vital to assessing the demand for these programs.

Please select a meeting date that is convenient for you and help Edgemoor and its design-build partner, Clark|Weitz|Clarkson, determine the need for these programs.
